Alcoshare got his own way in front, winning a particularly weak maiden last start. This is a step up in grade and although he will roll forward and likely lead again, I'm against.
Kilcoy: Race 2; #6 Lady Bossa Nova
She's had the 13 race starts and not really looked like winning in any, so she's an easy lay for us today. She comes off three thumpings in similar grade to the exclusion of the Toowoomba Guineas behind Pope Cody, but she didn't beat a horse home there and was beaten 22L!
GREYHOUNDS
Wentworth Park: Race 4; #1 Chief Lightning
Good pace on the inside and I think 1 could be vulnerable late. 8 will be charging swinging for home and can win, same for the 3. Risking 1 at the price.
Wentworth Park: Race 7; #7 Angland Luai
7 is going so well at present but he's poorly drawn and graded tonight. UP to FFA grade and they will be too nippy for him. Risking.
HARNESS
Ballarat: Race 8; #5 Keeyang Sadie
This horse is from a powerful stable but this is a steep class rise tonight. Happy to risk her in the last.
