Two Listed races await us at Doomben this Saturday.

Racing returns to Doomben this Saturday with the running of two Listed contests, the Tattersall's Recognition Stakes and Tattersall's Classic. 

Our best bet of the day lobs in the Recognition in the form of team Munce's Navyonthehighway.

This son of Merchant Navy just missed the placings in the Group 2 Hot Danish at Rosehill last time out and should appreciate the drop back in grade here. 

Is three from three around the Doomben circuit and has a good association with apprentice hoop Tahlia Fenlon who has four wins and a second from just five steers. Only needs some luck from the sticky draw to be playing a prominent role in the outcome. 

Our value play comes up in the opener where the two-year-olds get to strut their stuff. 

Cuddles For Kimmy was impressive winning here on debut before maybe suffering from the dreaded second-up syndrome at Eagle Farm at the latest effort. 

Has race experience over some of these and at the $9 quote looks a solid 1W x 3P type wager to start off the day with a collect.
