Long time maiden trotter, but solid performer, Diamond Harbour won't get many better chances to get a win on the board than this today. A short course maiden trot where manners will be so key, but with them then should be right in the fight here for a long way.

Another long time maiden pacer but another with good enough form on the board to easily exit the grade. Nice opportunity here to get up onto the speed early and keep them honest. Has competed in much better fields than this in the past and today could be the day.

We've seen some handy enough performances from the capable Moa Mojito lately. Certainly enough to suggest a winning turn here today isn't out of the question. Just needs to everything right. Has a high turn of speed and could blast on past this field no worries at all.

2 Star Magic
He's one of those horses that just does enough to keep you interested Star Magic but can throw in the odd horror performance that leave you scratching your head. Nice set up here today and back on the grass where he has performed well in the past. Just needs to be in contention turning for home.

10 Bullit Train
A couple of very handy performances from Bullit Train in the last few starts should have him primed to strike here today. Just needs some luck from the inside of the second row. Now doubting he's good enough and being saved up for one crack seems to be the best approach too. Just needs the luck.

2 Dennis Denuto
Noted grass tracker Dennis Denuto gets into the right kind of race to make a serious play for success here today. Good manners and a good draw over the short trip should see him settling right on the pace early and if doing no work behind the leader can slingshot his way up the passing lane and win.

Tip of The Day
Didn't get a lot of peace at Motukarara last time when well supported did Kiwi Record but the prior run, on this track, for second was excellent. Over the sprint trip here today with great gate speed should be finding the front and looking to dictate from there. Looks a great bet.

After a string of frustrating efforts recently, Brett's Mate can bounce right back to form here. Was desperately unlucky when last produced at this venue and had to do it tough sitting parked last time out. Good draw with handy speed and should be right in this battle for a long way.

2 Tempo Warrior
Life hasn't been easy for Tempo Warrior of late with a string of wide draws in good races up at Addington. Back on the grass today and with a good draw in a much weaker race should be able to punch out and be handy throughout and we know there's enough there to be a major player.
