Trentham Race 1
3 Autumn Beauty 
Autumn Beauty was unlucky not to finish closer to the winner on debut after being held up multiple times in the home straight. The Heavy10  track at Trentham didn't look to bother him at all that day. If he were to get similar conditions underfoot in this, I thought he was the one to beat with natural improvement from that debut effort.

Trentham Race 2
2 Tuxedo
Tuxedo won impressively on debut at Te Aroha and look completely undeterred by the Heavy conditions underfoot. Joe Doyle sticks and he's drawn to get a nice run just off the speed. A repeat effort of his debut win would take him very close in this.

Trentham Race 3
7 Latest Model
Latest Model hit the line okay last start at this course/distance on what could be similar ground to what she strikes in this. Her sole career win came on a Heavy10 at Trentham and she should now be hitting peak fitness 3rd up. She looks as good a chance as any in what is a very open race.

Trentham Race 4
9 Moonlight Hustler
Moonlight Hustler has been running well of late without winning. The wide draw (13) may not prove to be a negative if the track does become very testing. She is versatile and can race off or on the speed depending on what Kate Hercock elects to do from the wide draw. Low confidence betting race but happy to be with Moonlight Hustler on an each way basis.

Trentham Race 5
4 Lazio
Lazio has won four in a row and is progressing through the grades very quickly as a result. He has taken a liking to the Heavy tracks he has been on during the Spring and it looks as though he'll get another wet track here. Although Bold Belle gets a weight swing in her favour, Lazio looks to only be getting better with every run and should be very hard to beat again.

Trentham Race 6
10 Swingit Our Way
Swingit Our Way was an impressive winner last start, and while that was on a Soft5, she has performed well on rain-affected tracks in the past. The $13 at publish seems a more than fair price to speculate on, given that a repeat of her last start win would probably take some beating in this.

Trentham Race 7
10 Whangaehu
Whangaehu's first-up run was a pass mark considering he was slowly away and tasked with mounting his run in the inferior going on the inside. He now finds himself right down in the weights with Joe Doyle now taking the steer. Expecting a much better run second-up and he looks a great each way bet for mine.

Trentham Race 8
7 Ivy Dazzler
Ivy Dazzler was very good first-up behind what looks to be two progressive types in Debit and Fancypants. This race arguably looks easier than what she met last start and a repeat effort would see her thereabouts in this race. She looks a great each way play to finish the day for mine.
