Addington Harness Race 1
8 Franco Motu

Always respect for a debutant from the McRae barn and Franco Motu brings forth some strong trial form for this debut. Second behind a handy one in the latest performance and looks a winner at quick notice. Lacks a little ringcraft on some of the rivals but speed is there to carry close.
Selections: 8-9-5-1-6

Addington Harness Race 2
8 Lakelsa

It's been a busy spring for Lakelsa, but she'll appreciate not looking up and seeing the likes of Mantra Blue and Princess Meritaten here tonight. Has been very, very good in behind them though and so tonight is actually a decent drop back which should bring her right into contention.
Selections: 8-10-9-6-4

Addington Harness Race 3
8 Styx Jewel

A really sharp return to form last week from Styx Jewel should be enough to see a winning turn unfold here. High speed trotter who looped around a good field last week and fought hard to hold on for third placing. Won't need to go too much better here tonight to be winning against this field.
Selections: 8-6-12-13-9

Addington Harness Race 4
11 Rushkinoff

There's a lot more promise in this campaign so far from Rushkinoff than we have seen so far in the career. Racing with great heart and showing adaptability too. Tricky draw here, but with a bit of luck at the right time, and Carter Dalgety seems to be finding some, should be a strong each way chance.
Selections: 11-9-8-5-13

Addington Harness Race 5
4 Kaysans Rock

Methven win last time out from Kaysans Rock was no fluke. Very talented horse with a really high cruising speed and if able to get onto the pace at some point, could take a whole lot of stopping here as has shown enough to be considered a horse who could win plenty over the coming months.
Selections: 4-6-3-2-10

Addington Harness Race 6
7 The Present Maker

Really talented trotter The Present Maker returns to the races here tonight after a long time away from the track. Trial form has been excellent and there's no doubt the turn of foot could be enough to see victory unfold here. But has to do things right. Get that part correct and well on the way to a returning win.
Selections: 7-6-9-8-2

Addington Harness Race 7
4 Franco Marek

After being desperately unlucky in the Methven Green Mile, Franco Marek looks primed to run a big race here tonight. Was very good in the NZ Free-For-All when fourth behind Merlin during Cup Week and a repeat of that run here, under similar circumstances, would have him a very strong chance of success.
Selections: 4-8-7-6-2

Addington Harness Race 8
8 High Step
Tip of The Day

Dropping out of the NZ Trotting Oaks at her last start, High Step should find tonight's assignment a whole lot easier than having to chase Keayang Zahara. Impressive first up win for the new stable at Kaikoura the start prior to that and any kind of repeat here will be enough to see her back in the winners' circle.
Selections: 8-7-5-4-6

Addington Harness Race 9
10 Caught The Eye

A dazzling trial win last week at Rangiora will have Caught The Eye on the radar for many punters. Tricky draw to overcome, but might end up getting a nice enough run through from the second line to bring into contention. If able to use that speed will get past most, if not all, here.
Selections: 10-9-4-2-7

Addington Harness Race 10
12 Shake A Leg

No match for rivals in the Ian Dobson Classic, but Shake A Leg should find this a whole lot easier. Just needs to score up and do everything right. Capable of making a mid-race move and putting the pressure to key rivals at the right time and delivering in style here tonight.
Selections: 10-2-4-10-3
