Riccarton Park Race 1
11 War Of Silence

War Of Silence (#11) is a well-bred 3yo son of Snitzel making his debut for Te Akau. His recent trials have only been fair, but a firmer surface should be more to his liking. With Opie Bosson aboard from a middle draw, he's will get every chance.

Riccarton Park Race 2
5 Chlobon

Chlobon (#5) resumes first-up without a trial but showed plenty of promise in her first two starts last campaign. With Matt Cameron taking the reins, she looks set to run a bold race fresh if she handles the firmer ground.

Riccarton Park Race 3
6 Return Flight

Return Flight (#6) ran a strong race for 3rd here last start in what was her first outing on anything firmer than a Heavy10. From the inside draw, she should settle just behind the speed, trailing or three-back the fence at worst, and her last run suggested she'll relish 2000m. A leading contender in an open race.

Riccarton Park Race 4
6 Our Milly Bee

Our Milly Bee (#6) stayed on well for 3rd last start and looks suited stepping up in trip. Opie Bosson taking over is a major positive, and she's as proven as any in this on firmer footing. She shapes as the one to beat.

Riccarton Park Race 5
4 Dujour

Dujour (#4) had no luck first-up after covering a mountain of ground wide throughout, yet still stuck on well enough. With Vinnie Colgan aboard, a much improved showing second-up would come as no surprise with even luck in running.

Riccarton Park Race 6
3 Mystic Park

TIP OF THE DAY
Mystic Park (#3) resumes without a public trial, which is standard for him. He boasts an impressive fresh record and looks ideally placed back on firmer going. From the low draw, Sam Weatherley should have him handy throughout, and he will take all sorts of beating if he finds his best.

Riccarton Park Race 7
4 Belle Du Monde

Belle Du Monde (#4) is hard to go past after her bold first-up win here over 1000m, defeating many of these rivals. The way she finished off suggests 1200m will suit even better, and with Opie Bosson taking over from a low draw, she looks hard to stop.

Riccarton Park Race 8
1 Riviera Rebel

Riviera Rebel (#1) was brave last start, lifting late to run 2nd after looking beaten halfway down the straight. Likely to roll forward under Kylie Williams, he'll give a strong sight in front despite the 60kg impost, especially if left alone to dictate.

Riccarton Park Race 9
12 Kellanzor

Kellanzor (#12) deserves another chance after having no luck when resuming at Timaru last week, where she was held up for much of the straight. Backing up quickly, she drops in the weights and draws well. With better luck in running, she can go close.
