9 Chicago Sky put in a superb run first up at Addington when finishing second behind Celestial Sea in a Nevele R Fillies heat. This is a huge slide down in grade and as long as there's a little luck from the tricky barrier draw she really should have the measure of this field.

1 Superfast put in an eye catching effort last time out from a tricky spot in running. Found the line really nicely. Lands the ace draw today which can really help turn things around and with a sweet trip just off the speed on the fence can join in and have the final say.

A sharp Ashburton trial last week looks to have 5 Evangalist resuming here today in fine fettle. Lovely mare who has done a great job and with her gate speed should find the fence early. From there with her own terms she'd be hard to catch up the lane.

High speed mare 10 Julie Jaccka wasn't quite able to get it right from the stand last time out in a hot field. Cops a 40m handicap here but she's a class act when on the top of her game and if she can step away today she'll be well in commission.

Capable type 5 Seaside Pond resumes here today and won't have come down from Canterbury for nothing. Nice enough draw and showed a bit of lick in a recent trial to win. Should be in for a good campaign and can start on the right note here.

No doubting that 12 Always Be Batman is the best horse in the field but he might need to be really good to win today from the tricky draw. Would expect a confident drive that has him up on the speed at some stage and if in front turning for home will take some catching.
