Very capable mare, 6 Follow Your Dream drops out of a couple of very strong races in her last two appearances, including one behind Triple G last time where she finished second. This is a whole lot easier and if she runs anywhere near to her best she should be winning tonight.

Fourth up from a spell tonight after three very good runs, 8 One For Jay finds a good race. Smart filly with a good turn of foot at both ends of her races, she's got options from the wide draw over the longer distance. Just needs to be close enough turning for home and she'll be hard to stop.

The drums have been beating out of Oamaru for a while now that 3 Becky's Girl could be one out of the box. One start to the races for one win and then sent to the paddock to develop. Preparation for this has been good and a big run is expected.

TIP OF THE DAY
Lovely work through the line in both of the last two runs from 3 Hi Life. Grabs a senior driver tonight and a better draw and will be out to make the most of it too. Looks to have a really sharp turn of foot and if close enough turning in could unleash on them late.

Debutant pacing filly 6 Wat Next brings forward some beautiful breeding but clearly some excellent ability as well to her first race. Purdon Racing youngsters are always well supported first up and she's no different – that confidence lending itself toward a big run here.

With a race under the belt and a little more fitness, 6 Ya Rite Darl gets her chance to stake a claim tonight. Key rival Habibti Pat is fresh up so it's the Diamond Racing filly's race to lose based off her excellent run in a good field when resuming a fortnight ago.

9 Triple G
Nice return to winning form last time out from 9 Triple G and he's clearly finding his rhythm with more racing. Cops a wide draw which isn't ideal, but is better than most of these and likely to look to work into it at the right time and out-tough his rivals.

6 Special Occasion
Exciting two-year-old 6 Special Occasion comes south with a bit of a reputation and might be the horse to end the winning run of Jumal tonight. Better for the run, but did look sharp in a trial last week and if things pan out nicely then a winning run would be no surprise.

10 Muscle Sass
Two really sharp trial runs ahead of tonight's resumption suggest that 10 Muscle Sass is resuming in fine fettle. Very talented mare at her best and while the draw looks tricky on paper it could work out perfectly with a quiet run on the markers. Any gap at the top of the straight and she'll take it.
