Few drums beating for the fresh up 7 Rakaquattro today and given the strong combination of trainer Tony Stratford and driver Blair Orange, it's not a real surprise. Few handy ones in here though so will need to be good and without a workout or trial there are a few question marks to be answered.

Young debutant from the Brett Gray stable, 2 Don't Stop Believing has looked well above average in all public runs ahead of today's debut and with good manners looks a strong hope in this. Can't afford to miss a beat though.

Quite often underrated, 1 I'm Rockin is a pretty serious racehorse with a really strong turn of foot at the business end of races. Sneaks down south and lands the ace draw and gets the chance to buzz out and hold a forward position. With a cold shot at them can win.

2 Axel Rose
Smashed them on debut at Oamaru during the middle of last month and 2 Axel Rose's form has been franked with the runner-up cruising to victory. Looks a real dour trotter who will just keep running and if able to find the front and run them here will take plenty of catching.

Nice draw for 3 Tuneinsportsfans to work from today and if he's able to get across them and find the front then he'll be in the right spot from which to fight off all challenges and win this. No superstar but a good honest performer who won't be far away.

Sure to be plenty of benefit taken out of the first up run from the talented 4 Isobel. She's a trotter who could end up taking on some better races later in the season with continued progress and if she gets it right today she'll likely add to the win column.

A really nice type back from a spell, 9 By Chance will look to kick off on the right note here today. Lands a potentially tricky draw but might end up getting a sweet trip on the markers from which he'll be able to unleash his high speed.

7 Dreams Pat
Sink or swim type 7 Dreams Pat is out to get some winning form again here. Last started behind Oscar Bonevana at Motukarara so should enjoy this a little more. Just needs to trot. Has all the ability, but often the manners don't play ball. A risky bet that could be a very good one with manners.

No shame in being beaten first up for 1 Sandy Shore when the filly who got the better of her was Chicago Sky -a rival today. Certain to have taken plenty of benefit out of that run and if able to hold up from the inside here should lead and dominate them.
