Trained by local handler Jerome Reynier, Dubalaa has shown enough in three starts to date that he's capable of getting his head in front in maiden company, shaping nicely on debut at Cavaillon before bouncing back from a lesser effort with a solid second-place finish over the extended mile at Marseille Borely last month.

A sizable three-year-old son of Shalaa, he should have no problem switching to this artificial surface and from a good draw in stall four, Jerome Reynier's charge looks poised to go one spot better.
