Seoul Race 1: Class 6 (1300M) Special Weight A / KRW 45 Million
Juveniles with seven of the twelve racing for the first time. We'll side with a first timer and (8) SAHARA KHAN who showed on pace in his trial, crossing the line 2nd in a quick time. If he brings that form to the races, he has every chance first up. (11) SSOARA STAR ran a close 2nd on his debut over 1200M on December 12th, settling behind the speed and running on. He should have come on for that run and the slight step up in trip can suit. (12) JEULGEOUN SANGSANG was 3rd on his debut on November 24th, running through the line pleasingly enough and he can be in the frame again here. So too can (2) GWANAKSAN CHECK IN who debuted back in September with a fair 5th but trialed up again in November and can improve. Returning to the first timers, (7) BS STORM looks next best based on trials.
Selections | (8) Sahara Khan (11) Ssoara Star (12) Jeulgeoun Sangsang (2) Gwanaksan Check In |

Seoul Race 2: Class 4 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 75 Million
Imported juvenile maidens with five of the twelve racing for the first time. (2) DREAMER WHIZ has a 3rd and a 2nd from his two starts so far at 1000M and 1200M. He was well beaten by the very promising Tap Tier last time out but in this company and well-drawn, he can be on pace, and he can go one better. (7) BLUE PIORA has a 3rd and a 4th from her two first appearances at 1200M and 1300M, settling back and running on both times. She has shown good late speed and shapes as the main danger here. (3) DANCING GRAYTIZ ran 3rd on debut behind Dreamer Whiz on November 24th, coming from well off the pace. He has three-lengths to make up but should have come on for that run. Among the first timers, (5) MIGHTY SWEET and (10) HANAM ELDORADO perhaps have the best chance of an immediate impact.
Selections | (2) Dreamer Whiz (7) Blue Piora (3) Dancing Graytiz (5) Mighty Sweet |

Seoul Race 3: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million
Fillies only in this maiden. (2) BYEOKSONG debuted over 1200M on November 23rd and raced handy before running 3rd. The time wasn't quick, and she was a long way behind the winner, but she should have come on for the run, and she has every chance. (5) GWANAKSAN JOY was 4th in that race on November 23rd having led through the early stages. She also has a 2nd place on her record and well-drawn, she can lead again and be in this a long way. (9) YONGAM SARANG did nothing in her first two starts in September and October, but she looked much better when sent back to trial earlier this month and can be given another chance. (3) STUNNING WORLD and (11) NAEGILUI CHAMP are other potential improvers.

(2) SPLENDID has been knocking on the door across his six starts so far and comes in following the best of them when 3rd over 1300M on November 24th when leading in the home straight. He draws very nicely to lead again, and this time can go all the way. (9) ECLIPSE BLACK did nothing on debut in a very tough Listed race in September but has since put in a 3rd and a 4th in two subsequent outings, racing handy both times. He has the challenge of a wide draw, but he can be a danger here. (6) CRAZE CHANG is yet to finish in the top two in eleven outings, but he has finished between 3rd and 5th in no fewer than six occasions, and this is the kind of race he can pick up another cheque in. (3) CUPID K and (4) RAON THE BELMONT are others in the placing frame.

Seoul Race 5: Class 5 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million
(10) GEOSEN GANGHO ran 2nd in both his first two starts to get promoted to this level and then ran 3rd on his class 5 bow over 1300M on November 16th when settling midfield and running on. He continues under a light weight here and while he draws a touch wider than ideal, he'll be the favourite to make his breakthrough. (3) THEME TANSAENG finally made his breakthrough two starts back at this class and distance. He carries his fair share or weight here but draws nicely and can be a threat. (11) YUSUBUJAENGSEON has a 3rd and a 4th in two tries at this class since a maiden win in October. He comes up to 1400M for the first time and has proven tactically versatile so the wide gate shouldn't be a problem. Up in class (4) WONDERFUL FAPPY along with (8) DREAM CARD are others in the hunt.

(3) FINAL GO has mixed his form since getting his maiden win back in April and he come sin off a smart 4th place at this class and distance on November 16th. Ruan Maia climbs on and from a great draw, today can be his day. That will mean overturning the form on (9) RAON ECLIPSE, who ran 2nd in that November 16th race in what was his first try at this level after getting his maiden win in September when leading all the way. He draws the same gate as last time and with only three starts so far, still has the potential for more progress. (1) DAESEUNGMA got her maiden win last time out, racing on pace to score in a filly only maiden at this distance. She is up in class, but she is down in the weights, she draws well, and she can measure up. (6) SEMYEONG DIA and (5) EDENUI DONGJJOK other placing chances.
Selections | (3) Final Go (9) Raon Eclipse (1) Daeseungma (6) Semyeong Dia |

Seoul Race 7: Class 5 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million
It's been a while since (1) BAZOOKA BOY made his breakthrough but while he went a little cold with a couple of sub-par efforts in September, he returned from just over two months off to run a solid 3rd place at 1400M on December 8th. He comes up to 1800M for the first time, but his victory came at 1700M and today can be his day. (6) ELDROADO HEUNGBU is yet to win but comes up in class after too many near-misses, with a 2nd and a 3rd from his latest two, both at 1400M. It's his first time around two turns but his running style suggests it can suit and under a light weight, he has every chance. (2) SPEED CARA comes up in class having broken through at start number three on November 30th. It was over the 1700M so this can suit and he is down in the weights. (3) SHARP SUNSHINE and (11) SINUI YEOIN others in the hunt.

Seoul Race 8: Class 4 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million
After a winning debut, (1) REAL DEAL ran 3rd in the Rookie Stakes at the end of August and while he then struggled in Listed Juvenile company, he returned to the winner's circle on November 16th when leading for most of the way at this distance at class 5 level. He comes up in grade here but draws nicely to lead, and he can win again. (6) YONGAM SESANG returns to action for the first time since June. He won his two starts leading into the lay off and has never finished worse than 3rd. He may well need this, but he looked well when winning a trial in facile fashion on December 5th and he is a real danger. (10) JECHUK IHO will need a line drawn through his latest when slow away, but he was a class and distance winner in November and can be given another chance. (11) RAON THE FANTA and (3) DAEHEUNG CLASS others in the placing frame.

(4) HANGANG PERFECT overcame gate thirteen to run a creditable 4th in the G2 Breeders' Cup Rookie at Busan last month. He tackles the mile for the first time but he has shown plenty of versatility tactics wise so it may well suit and with Moon Se-young staying on, he will be the favourite to score. (10) SILVER RAIN has a poor day at the office in the Breeders' Cup Rookie, showing on pace early but knocking up quickly and only beating one home. Distance and draw are concerns here, but he previously won the Listed Munhwa Ilbo Trophy and beat Hangang Perfect in the Listed NACF Chairman's Trophy so warrants some respect. (8) PRINCE DAY enters having won at this class and distance on November 10th. An apprentice booked means he only comes up 2kg in the weights and he should be a danger. (2) GOLD SIDAE and (1) LEGAL HIGH among plenty of other placing chances in a competitive race.
Selections | (4) Hangang Perfect (10) Silver Rain (8) Prince Day (2) Gold Sidae |

(4) JANGBI DAEUN won three races in a row between May and September to get rapidly promoted to this class. She then ran a solid 3rd in a quick time over 1200M on her first try at class 3 on November 16th. She comes up to the mile for the first time, but she carries a light weight and draws well to get to the lead with every chance of returning to winning ways. (5) PINK WIND comes up in class having won over 1400M on December 7th having been on pace throughout. She has placed twice at this distance already and can measure up in this company. (6) DREAM PLAY was a 10/1 winner at this class and distance on December 1st having settled midfield and run on. He carries an additional 4kg in the weights but warrants respect. (10) G MOTION and (8) THORUI MANGCHI are the other main place chances.

Fillies only here and trainer Luigi Riccardi comes in all guns blazing with the two top picks. (5) MAGIC IMPACT enters off three consecutive runner-up finishes, most recently at this class over 1800M on December 15th when settling handy and running on. Her win came over this distance and under a light weight and drawn well, she can lead here and go all the way. Stablemate (10) SATANG SONYEO came from off the pace to get her maiden win at start number two over 1400M on November 24th. She is up in the weights, but the additional trip can suit, and she is the main danger. (3) LUCKY HANUL ran 2nd to Satang Sonyeo in that November 24th race, her best finish in eight. She too tackles two turns for the first time, and she can be in the finish again. (1) HOMEYONG QUEEN, up 5kg following a class and distance win at the end of November, and (8) SEOBU CHAMP are others to consider.

(6) HANGANG POWER ran 3rd in the Listed Ilgan Sports Trophy in September at this distance having led and then came from off the pace to finish a very close 2nd at this class over a mile on November 16th. He was a dominant winner over 18000M in August, Moon Se-young returns to the ride, and while he carries his fair share of weight, he may take some beating. (11) GIANT STEP comes up in class having won his latest two, both at this distance and both times coming from off the pace. He drops 3.5kg in weight, the draw won't be a problem, and he can measure up at this level. (3) BLUE LEMON won a valuable trophy race on international weekend in September and then got beaten in Graded and Listed company in two filly/mare races at Busan. We'll draw a line through those two and give her another chance back at Seoul. (4) SPEED ONE and (2) SUNNY ROAD among plenty of other chances in a competitive finale.
