Race 1
Race Summary: Both BELIEVE IN FATE and BEYNAC with jockey Piere Strydom up ran fair races in their respective debuts. The former lagged midway but ran on well in the closing stages and looks to have much more to come. BEYNAC similarly wasn't disgraced after finding herself far back and also has room for improvement. Follow the betting moves on the two debutants. What A Winter colt BOURBON RESERVE makes his debut for the Sean Tarry yard, which has been in hot form of late.

Selections:
#1 Believe In Fate, #2 Beynac, #3 Bourbon Reserve, #4 Busstopinhounslow

Race 2
Race Summary: RODEO DRIVE was a promising second on debut. The horse that beat her, SIMPLY MAJESTIC, recently won a Grade 3 contest. She is racing after a rest but must rate the form choice. FIERY PEGASUS came in for betting support on debut. She ran a decent race and could be dangerous having now learned what it is all about. SILVER PARASOL showed good pace in her first race. She has been off for more than three months and now makes her debut for an in-form yard. She must be respected. KHETIWE'S DESTINY had things go wrong on debut and still did well. She can only improve.

Selections:
#5 Rodeo Drive, #3 Fiery Pegasus, #7 Silver Parasol, #4 Khethiwe's Destiny

Race 3
Race Summary: WILD AT WAR was a bit disappointing last time but had excuses. He has the best form and rates the one to beat. TRIP TO STATES has run some decent races and could be next best as it is a race low on form. But it could pay to follow the betting on the first-timers. HALCYON has a speedy pedigree and could be the one to watch.

Selections:
#10 Wild At War, #2 Trip To States, #8 Halcyon, #9 Johnny Appleseed

Race 4
Race Summary: OXALIS GOLD ran second behind a decent sort on debut and should come on nicely with the experience. She is dropping in distance but it looks the right kind of field to open her account. INTRO appreciated the step back in trip in her last outing and can remain competitive if reproducing similar. POINTER stayed on well on debut which suggests the step up in trip could suit so warrants respect. TANA MAREE did not disgrace herself on debut as she had valid excuses and can only improve. BELLISSIVAR and GOLDEN ARGO have earning potential as well.

Selections:
#10 Oxalis Gold, #9 Intro, #11 Pointer, #7 Tana Maree

Race 5
Race Summary: ROSSORE FINALE goes back to a trip in which he has run his most competitive races. He is well drawn, enjoys the course and distance and is expected to go close. DECEPTION PASS was unlucky not to win in his last start as he got going late over a shorter trip. This 1600m looks a more suitable distance and he could make the grade. CALLABURN has finished ahead of ROSSORE FINALE but needs to get the timing right. SAKURAJIMA ran out of steam in his first try over this trip last time but can improve. More with earning potential, BATTLEOFBARBERTON rates the dark horse.

Selections:
#1 Rossore Finale, #2 Deception Pass, #4 Callaburn, #10 Sakurajima

Race 6
Race Summary: MAMBO COME TESIO showed signs of a form return last time. He ran on well over a distance short of his best and now back over 2400m could get his head in front. But SILVANO'S SONG was only a neck behind him when also staying on and seems to be looking for further. He will be having his third run after gelding and could realise his true potential. ARLINGTON ACTION has done well at this venue. He won his last race without a fuss but could have a tougher test this time. CLAW could be anything. He is lightly raced and impressed on local debut, so may enjoy the trip.

Selections:
#2 Mambo Come Tesio, #7 Silvano's Song, #3 Arlington Action, #4 Claw

Race 7
Race Summary: CELESTIAL CITY could resume winning ways after a promising run in the Listed Kings Cup where he showed class among high calibre individuals. He should be at his peak but is dropping in distance. JURY'S OUT looks a strong contender on his last performance. He won in style, the form has been well franked and he may just have more to come. GOOD QUEEN BESS is best weighted and naturally has to be given the utmost respect. A winner over the course and distance against her sex she could just pull it off against males this time. BOLD ACT and THE FRONT LINE have the potential to upset.

Selections:
#3 Celestial City, #4 Jury's Out, #1 Good Queen Bess, #9 Bold Act

Race 8
Race Summary: High-class filly CULLINAN BLUE was only just beaten in the Listed Betway Swallow Stakes after winning two in a row. She enjoys racing after a rest and sets the standard. ELEGANT ICE found 1400m a bit far last time. She has taken CULLINAN BLUE to the wire and could turn the form around at these weights. LAW OF SUCCESS made good improvement in her last start and could get in the fight with a light weight. Similarly, ALESIA'S LOVE should have a say with bottom weight. She is in good form at present. MIDNIGHT GEM should also be right there.

Selections:
#6 Elegant Ice, #1 Cullinan Blue, #9 Law Of Success, #10 Alesia's Love

Race 9
Race Summary: GREEN FLASH won better than the margin suggested last time. She could be on the up and can repeat as she enjoys the longer distance. Watch out for WHERE'S THE PARTY who brings fair Western Cape form into the race and makes her debut for Tony Peter. REDCHERRY LANE could be anything after winning her debut in a workriders' race. She is well bred and has been given time to mature. Stablemates SIMPLY MAGIC and CITYSCAPE both have useful form. The former won in good style and could threaten again. RAINING RUBIES holds honest form and must be included.

Selections:
#2 Green Flash, #6 Where's The Party, #7 Redcherry Lane, #8 Simply Magic

Race 10
Race Summary: DUKE OF ROCK appeared a bit unlucky not to get the job done last time. He won a nice race the last time he raced at this track but an inside gate may not assist his chances. QUICK TRIP did everything but win her last start. She impressed at this track just prior and must be taken seriously. Stablemate VELDSKOEN could be the dark horse. He has shown useful form in the Western Cape and could start off his local campaign with a bang. PRIZED PLATINUM shifted about last time and may have got closer had he run straight. He has room for improvement. KING'S RANSOM has the potential too.

Selections:
#8 Duke Of Rock, #6 Quick Trip, #11 Prized Platinum, #3 Veldskoen

Best Win: #10 WILD AT WAR
Best Value Bet: #2 GREEN FLASH
Best Longshot: #2 GREEN FLASH
