Race Summary: MIZZEN SWORD has improved with each outing and was 3rd over track and trip last time, so he should play a leading role with further progress expected. Stablemate ZAFAR could be more effective over the shorter trip, while AMERICAN EAGLE and well-bred ONE MORE STAR are likely to improve after modest introductions. They have more money chances although a bigger threat could come from newcomer PIONEER SQUARE who needn't be special to run a forward race on debut, especially if the market speaks in his favour.

Race Summary: PEARL IN HER CROWN could hardly have been more impressive when winning over this track and trip on her reappearance 4 weeks ago and could follow up with improvement on the cards. Consistent HAPPY MO concedes weight to all but has the form and experience to fight out the finish, which could also be said of stablemates WE ARE THE LOGANS and GIMMEACHOICE. The latter is fitted with blinkers for the first time and could improve for it. CORRUPT is open to any amount of improvement after a winning 1160m debut so shouldn't be taken lightly under bottomweight.

Race Summary: AMBITIOUS LADY finished ahead of HAT'S LADY, SIENNA RAE and PLUM BLOSSOM in a 2000m maiden on this course last month so she shouldn't be hastily condemned for her disappointing last start over 1600m on the Classic track. TIK TOK ADDICTION, BELLA BOOP BOOP and PASS THE BATON were ahead of her that day and they should remain competitive.

Race Summary: The 'Azzmen' are strongly represented with 5 strings to their bow. He is open to improvement on his reappearance and could represent the value in the race. Stablemate STORM AHEAD has the form, experience and superior race fitness to fight out the finish, while 3yo colts ANOTHER UNIVERSE and PALACE GUARD could improve for the step up to 1800m. ROMAN'S REVENGE disappointed when finishing behind SNOW MOON over this trip last time - both warrant respect.

Race Summary: Consistent filly THE NAVY LARK won a similar course-and-distance contest last month. She is engaged to run at an earlier meeting but will be competitive if taking her place in this. Both SECRET CHORD and VEGAS HI RISE are 3kg better off on that form so are weighted to pose more of a threat. WHAT A TIGER and VAR PARK finished behind THE NAVY LARK over 1000m earlier this month and they could also get closer. SAKHALA IS'CATHULO and MUNCHKIN aren't taken lightly off their current marks.

Race Summary: KYLIE'S ANGEL acquitted herself well at a higher level on her handicap debut so she should fight out the finish eased in grade off a reduced mark. TIME FOR CHARITY fits a similar profile so shouldn't be underestimated. Speedy PERINI PALACE bounced back to form over 1600m with blinkers refitted and could confirm that form and improvement with the headgear retained. TWICE AS WILD has dropped to a competitive mark and should be involved again, while hard-knocker SMELTING isn't discounted with just 49kg on her back.

ARILENA, AFTER HOURS and GREEN SCEPTRE have the means to make their presence felt.
