Race Summary: HAPHAZARD was slowly away and showed signs of inexperience on debut. She takes on males this time but can go one better. HOUSE OF SUSSEX has improved of late and might try and make all the running as the track has been playing that way recently. HAT MAN showed improvement last time and could have more to offer. AMERICAN PITBULL tries the Polytrack for the first time and could improve. VELVET VALOUR and WAR OF HEARTS have struggled so far but are capable of improvement. SILVERY SURFER makes his debut and could be ready for it.

Race 2
Race Summary: A weak race and anything is possible. OPERA VERSE is threatening to win a race and this track and distance should suit. GREENLIGHT DANCER flopped on local debut but is quite capable of bouncing back from that and being a threat. MISS VALENTYNA makes her debut but trainer Gavin Smith has won many races likes this and she would not be a surprise winner. CAPE FLOWER tends to lack a strong finish but has a place chance. LAUGH TILL I CRY showed improvement last time and is not out of it. MILLION REASONS, ROYAL VENUS and CHOC' LATE are all capable of getting involved with the finish.

Race Summary: ORANJEMUND was not disgraced when third on his local debut. He tries the Polytrack for the first time but should make a bold bid at scoring. QUELIMANE has struggled of late but tries the Polytrack and would not be a surprise winner on local debut. HOME REEF and MAYOR OF MERRIVALE are battling to win but are holding form and could earn some more money. FEARLESS BADGER is in good shape but has a wide draw. Stable companions PEARLY ASH and TAKE YOUR TIME are both improving and can make the frame.

Race 4
Race Summary: A very competitive handicap and we may have to go very wide to survive this leg of the Pick 6. DOWNING SEVEN was a good winner over this track and trip in his penultimate start. Unfortunately he has cracked the worst possible draw this time. WALT WHITMAN has been effective on this surface and is clearly a lot better than his last run would suggest. NOTHINGELSEMATTERS has a place chance. PUERTO PLATA (ARG) is in good form and should contest the finish again. SLAINTE MHATH likes the Polyrack and needs to be included in all bets.

Race 5
Race Summary: PROJECT RUNWAY bounced back to form with a good runner-up performance last time out and can go one better this time. Stable companion, JADE'S CABERNEIGH has been good all year and will not go down without a fight. HAVANA GREY was not beaten far last time and is well drawn. She can contest the finish. PUFF OF SMOKE has some fair KwaZulu-Natal form and would not be a surprise winner on local debut. MEDITERANEANGODDES is track and trip suited and also has a winning chance.

Race 6
Race Summary: An interesting race. LUNA HALO has a very good record over this track winning four of five starts. She recently made King Regent work for his victory and will make a bold bid. BINGWA is a quality horse who has clearly not been at his best of late. He is, however, weighted to win this race if he finds his best form. BUSH TRACKER has not won for some time but is still effective and should contest the finish. GLOBAL ALLY and PASSCHENDAELE are consistent and are both capable of earning some more money.

Race Summary: A very open looking race and once again we may have to go wide to survive this leg of the exotics. IQEMBULABESIFAZANE proved in need of her last run and will go back to fighting out the finish over a course and distance that suits. KILMONIVAIG is fairly consistent but does have to give weight to all her rivals. BELOW DECK is unreliable but is also not out of it. FLOWER FESTIVAL has been very consistent of late and has a winning chance. RAIN BIRD has improved of late and could be a threat again. MARSHMALLOW has talent but does not always show it. MILLIONDOLLAR GIRL and MY TRUE LOVE can also be considered possible winners.

Race Summary: Very well-bred CALL TO GLORY did not win in 7 starts in Gauteng but has won both her local starts. She impressed with both of those wins on the Polytrack and she can complete a hat-trick tackling stronger this time. STRANGE MAGIC has been fair of late and could play a minor role. TREASURE HUNT has been unreliable of late but could earn some more money if in the mood. VALERIAS DREAM is well drawn this time and could contest the finish. SUN SPECTACULAR has a place chance. KABON KAPI is in good shape and should be involved with the finish.

Race Summary: A big field for the last race. LEGAL THRILLER bounced back for a smart win last time out and can follow up under a penalty. WILLIAM THE FIRST is well drawn and will improve on his recent performances. CLAP OF THUNDER returns from a break but is not out of it. CRUZADOR has struck form and should be right there at the finish. FLASH LIGHTNING and MASTER FORESTER are recent maiden winners who could be better than rated. DUKE OF ORANGE, WAR LAUNCH and GREAT TIMES are capable of earning some money if showing their best sides.
