Race 1
Race Summary:
Rested LOVING PRAGUE showed good pace on debut and has improvement to come. He has drawn well and should have every chance if ready for battle. ROCKAROUNDTHECLOCK didn't go badly in all three starts and has been given quite a break. He needs to be respected, especially as he jumps from stall No 1. Stablemate PRAIRIE DAWN was making good progress before getting held up and could have got closer. A wide draw is a concern. SLASH 'N BURN stayed on over 1000m last time and should appreciate the extra. TROIS SEPT HUIT wasn't disgraced on debut.

Selections:

#2 Loving Prague, #8 Prairie Dawn, #7 Slash 'N Burn, #5 Umzingeli Wenyathi

Race 2
Race Summary:
GOT THE LOOK was narrowly beaten in the last two and met fair individuals in both. She can get it right but gives away weight to all in this Open Maiden. RAFFISH TREND came in for betting support in her second start and ran a decent race. It was her first run back from a break and stripping fitter now can go close. GIMME THE POWER made progress after jumping from a wide draw in her last start. She has gate No 1 this time and could get rewarded. MEGHAN'S DIAMOND showed potential in her first two starts. AUTUMN RUSH can earn with a light weight.

Selections:

#5 Got The Look, #3 Raffish Trend, #1 Gimme The Power, #2 Meghan's Diamond

Race 3
Race Summary:
Regally bred MS SAKURA was backed into favourite but found one better on her KwaZulu-Natal debut. She is bred for ground and has a wide draw but is the one to watch. KATTEKWAADKWADRAAD wasn't weakening at the end of her debut. She made progress after a slow start and having drawn well must be respected. PEACHES AND CREAMS also gave signs she is looking for further when showing progress over 1250m. A wide draw will make it tough for her and AMAYAH, who is also bred in the purple and has shown ability. KUBU could be the dark horse.

Selections:

#13 Ms Sakura, #4 Kattekwaadkwadraad, #9 Peaches And Cream, #5 Kubu

Race 4
Race Summary:
Both CLARK GRISWOLD and SOMMERSTERN finished nicely in their last starts, giving the impression that more distance would do the trick. It could get close but it doesn't end there. SLIVER OF SUNSHINE has shown he can race up with the pace and could be the one to catch if allowed to dictate matters. He is out of a top mare and must have more to come. ONE CAPE has stayed on in his races and could go even further. But he has drawn well and could have a say. BALZI ROSSI has been gelded and could be dangerous even if drawn wide.

Selections:

#4 Clark Griswold, #1 Sommerstern, #5 Sliver Of Sunshine, #3 One Cape

Race 5
Race Summary:
STAR IN MOTION met some high-class individuals last time and didn't disgrace himself. The trip also looked short, and he could come on nicely in his second run after a rest. The race is quite competitive. PRIMAL INSTINCT won easily after being beaten a nose on debut. He could keep improving. MARCUS AURELIUS won a thriller in the third outing. He has drawn a lot better and must be respected even if meeting tougher. IN A TIMELY MANNER must be looking for the distance. He could show more but has drawn wide again. GOLD DUST is back to a suitable trip, watch out.

Selections:

#3 Star In Motion, #7 Primal Instinct, #1 Marcus Aurelius, #9 In A Timely Manner

Race 6
Race Summary:
Two smashing three-year-old fillies, REET PETITE and VIVA LA VIDA, were expected to meet in upcoming Graded events but now meet in a Class 4 Handicap against their elders. It could be a humdinger and probably the race of the day. REET PETITE, unbeaten in two starts, could have the edge this time carrying 3kg less than VIVA LA VIDA who has won three in a row. The latter, who had the best of the draws last time, has also drawn wide. STRAWBERRY THIEF, who came back to best last time, needs to be respected along with SUPREME FATE and HUNGA TONGA.

Selections:

#5 Reet Petite, #8 Viva La Vida, #3 Strawberry Thief, #2 Supreme Fate

Race 7
Race Summary:
Another cracker of a race. MENTE ET MANU impressed last time and is on the up. He has more to do at the weights but may be up to the task. MAJOR MASTER ran a gallant race with a big weight last time and is another promising sort with more to come. CHASINGTHERAINBOW has beaten MAJOR MASTER and is better off at the weights as well with PINOT GRIGIO who was a fluent winner of his last start. He could prefer the return to Hollywoodbets Kenilworth and jumps from the best of the draws. INDUSTRIALSTRENGTH doesn't know how to run a bad race either.

Selections:

#6 Mente Et Manu, #4 Major Master, #1 Chasingtherainbow, #7 Pinot Grigio

Race 8
Race Summary:
Hawwaam gelding DIOGENES has improvement to come. He was backed and won his maiden with a solid finish but is trying the track and has drawn widest. SESAME held form with a decent fourth place finish after a convincing win. She is taking on males again but has drawn well and must be included. PRINCE OF TIBET beat three-year-old Delta Pride in his last start and could be dangerous again from a plum stall. RED CHORAL tried the distance and stayed on to earn a prize last time. She can make improvement in her third run after a rest. More have upset chances.

Selections:

#10 Diogenes, #1 Sesame, #2 Prince Of Tibet, #7 My Bestie

Race 9
Race Summary:
MATCH THAT came from too far back last time. She can make amends after being beaten in a close call. DU MAURIER has been a bit disappointing but is back over the track and trip she won her maiden. She looks worth another chance. MIDNIGHT LADY must have improvement to come after winning her debut with a fluent performance from off the pace. She is switching from the turn to the straight this time. IM THE BUZZ should be up with the speed from a decent barrier.

Selections:

#5 Match That, #4 Du Maurier, #7 Midnight Lady, #1 Splash Of Colour

Race 10
Race Summary:
Big field and nice race to catch TAB's Quartet bet. SPIRIT has good solid form and should give a good account of himself in this contest. Watch out for Peter Muscutt's Soqrat filly SHOWGIRL who won well on the third time of asking on her KwaZulu-Natal debut. She has room for good improvement. KELP FOREST could mow them down. He gave signs that he could be back in form after finishing second behind promising colt Gimme Rules. GREEN PLANET and STEADFAST finished further back but are capable of better along with CAVALRY COMMANDER. More can earn.

Selections:

#6 Spirit, #9 Showgirl, #4 Kelp Forest, #5 Green Planet
