The team look through the action live on ITV this Saturday
Too Darn Hot Darley Stakes – 1.15 Newmarket
Damysus remains an exciting prospect and can sign off his season with a follow-up success. Disappointing when last in the Epsom Derby, John and Thady Gosden's colt bounced back to form with an effortless win in a typically hot Listed Prix Nureyev at Deauville, quickening away in fine style when dropped back to ten furlongs. The same trip on this decent surface should suit the striking son of Frankel, who looks poised to follow up his latest victory.
Coral Rockingham Stakes – 1.30 York
Division has been impressive in three starts to date and could prove capable of stepping up to Listed level. He quickened up nicely following a pleasing debut at Haydock before putting in a similar professional performance up at Newcastle under a penalty. The runner-up of that Newcastle contest has since gone one better to give the form some substance and there should be plenty more to come from William Haggas' charge.
Night Of Thunder Zetland Stakes – 1.50 Newmarket
Aidan O'Brien saddles two here but Endorsement looks the pick based on the strength of his debut second behind Benvenuto Cellini, who boosted the form with a striking Group 2 success next time out. He readily went one spot better when drawing clear in a one-mile one-furlong maiden next time out and should relish stepping up in trip on this stiff finish.
Coral 'Pipped At The Post' Handicap – 2.05 York
Erzindjan couldn't have caught the eye much more when flashing home on the wrong side of the track to finish fourth in the Cambridgeshire at Newmarket a few weeks ago. He found himself waiting for room at the two pole on that occasion under Ray Dawson and with that effort easy to mark up, he should have every chance of getting back to winning ways with Tom Marquand a positive booking.
Emirates Autumn Stakes – 2.25 Newmarket
The winning margin was only a neck, but it was tough not to be impressed with the debut performance that Al Zanati posted on the July Course in the summer. He looks like just the type that will strengthen up both physically and mentally over the last few months, while the Charlie Appleby team have an excellent record in this race. The form of his Newmarket success is by no means poor, with the runner-up going on to fill the same spot in the valuable Goffs Million sales race in Ireland, so the vote goes to Appleby's charge to remain unbeaten.
Darley Dewhurst Stakes – 3.00 Newmarket
Distant Storm couldn't have been much more impressive last time, and he might be up to taking the step up to Group 1 level. A winner of arguably the hottest maiden run in England on the July Course earlier in the season, Distant Storm pulled too hard at York before bouncing back with a huge performance in the Group 2 Tattersalls Stakes over course and distance. He's proven at the track and can take the leap to Group 1 company.
Coral Sprint Trophy Handicap – 3.15 York
Jordan Electrics has been falling in the weights all season and might be on the right mark to return to winning ways at a track he goes well at. A seven-time winner last season, he hasn't managed to find the winners' circle in 2025 but has produced some decent performances in defeat, most notably when a good fifth (only beaten a length) behind Northern Ticker over course and distance. He should be suited by the drying ground and is now just 1lb above his last winning mark.
Club Godolphin Cesarewitch Handicap – 3.40 Newmarket
Unoriginal, but Reverand Hubert looks to hold massive claims for an Irish trainer who has enjoyed success in this feature staying handicap in recent years. He couldn't have been anymore impressive when winning the course and distance trial a few weeks ago and it's unlikely that a 4lb penalty will prevent a bold bid under Silvestre de Sousa.
