Current market leader enjoyed some light exercise at Newbury on Tuesday morning.
Olly Murphy was pleased with what he saw as four of his horses, including current Coral Gold Cup favourite Resplendent Grey, stretched their legs at Newbury's Coral gallops morning.
"I was happy with how the four of them went and it was nice to get them on a bit of grass to do an exercise like that," said Murphy on Sky Sports Racing.
"They had a nice canter around and picked up for a quarter of a mile. They all looked in good form, moved good and all jockeys were happy.
"Hopefully that will put them all spot on for ten day's time."
Resplendent Grey is a general 6/1 chance for Newbury's feature handicap chase on November the 29th, and Murphy couldn't be happier with the seven-year-old, who will bid for a hat-trick having landed the bet365 Gold Cup at Sandown in April prior to making a successful return to action in the Colin Parker at Carlisle earlier this month.
He added: "Sean (Bowen) was happy with Resplendent Grey and said he relaxed well. He's a funny horse, he always used to wear a hood and was bull-headed, but he's learnt to relax now as he's matured, and he had a nice blow.
"This has been the plan now ever since Sandown. He had a nice prep-run at Carlisle three weeks ago and that will have put him spot on."
When asked what he would like to see the weather do in the next week or so, Murphy replied: "He's pretty versatile, he's won of heavy and on good, so it won't bother me too much.
"The chase track shouldn't get too bad considering how quick it was here a couple of weeks ago. Good to soft ground will suit me well and I'd say a staying trip around here will suit him well given how he went around Carlisle.
"I'm really looking forward to running him."
