And that was Goodwood 2025

In which we saw some memorable moments most of which were enjoyable and one that wasn't.

Saturday saw Al Aasy repeat his 2024 win in the Glorious Stakes to score a confident win of 3 lengths over Meydan 15/2 and Candelford with all five runners getting some money to pay for the trip home.

The Lillie Langtry brought a new name to the fore – Woordah, trained by Owen Burrowes who scored by ¾ length over Danielle and Goodie Two Shoes lost the winning streak but did well to take third.

Fortunately we didn't have to get out in the Stewards' Cup where Two Tribes 11/2 was the winner and Strike Red 9/2 second and Jakajara third 16/1 as our selections are still running.
