Things don't look too promising for team Japan in Paris so let us look at what is happening at home.

The Mainichi Okan is over 1800m and has a clear favourite in Satono Shining who will be ridden by Yutaka Take and is on 2.8.  Cervinia is always thereabouts although missing that final spurt to actually win and is on 4.3, with Ho O Biscuits on 5.1 with Y Iwata on board.

At Kyoto the Kyoto Daishoten is over 2400m and here Admire Terra heads the Morning Line on 3.6, with Durezza and Shonan La Punta both on 5.9.  Sunrise Earth is another in single figures on 6.8.
