This year’s Tasmania Turf Club’s (TTC) Summer Carnival will be even more exciting with the launch of Summer Swheeps, offering fun, easy-to-play sweepstake games on live race meetings.
Commencing with the Jacksons Security Tasmanian Newmarket meeting on Friday 21 November 2025, & covering 11 meetings throughout Summer, the games give racing fans the opportunity to share in up to $20,000 in cash and prizes, including free entry tickets to The Oaks and Ladbrokes Launceston Cup meetings.

How it Works
Summer Swheeps is an exciting sweepstake game that makes you part of the live racing action. It works like a Melbourne Cup sweep, but instead of running on just one race, Swheeps games operate across multiple races.
- In every game you'll get given 50 credits, which you can use to get Swheeps tickets.
- Every Swheeps ticket gives you a unique set of picks in the last six races at each of our Summer carnival race meetings.
- As each race is run and won:
- Tickets that had winner survive to the next race;
- All other tickets are knocked out.
- You can buy and swap tickets in between races to increase your chance of survival.
- After the final race in the game is resulted, only one ticket will have survived every race. Guaranteed, every time!
