Having lost six in a row against the Dunedin outfit, the boot has been on the other foot of late, with the Brumbies winning all of their last three games against the Highlanders.
A fourth consecutive win over the Kiwi side would be the Brumbies' longest winning streak in the history of this fixture.
The Brumbies have been flying the flag for the Aussie teams in Super Rugby Pacific this season after finishing in third place on the ladder.
Head coach Stephen Larkham continues to impress in the job at GIO Stadium and it will take something special from the Highlanders to deny the Canberra side a place in the semi-finals.
