Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays at Australian TAB meetings for November 29.
Major metropolitan meetings are today held at Rosehill, Caulfield, Doomben, Ascot and Morphettville Parks.
ROSEHILL: RACE 6 @ 3:30 PM
TAVROS (3) stretches out to the 2000m for the first time and this looks a target race. Snagged back early and like the way he attacked the line when fifth to Osipenko over 1600m in the Little Dance at Randwick. Key jockey change and the awkward draw is no real concern. Leading player. BLACKLIST (7) ticking over nicely for this and can figure prominently with the 55.5kg. Struck trouble in the run when fifth over 1900m at Canterbury at BM72 grade. Maps well and can take a hand in the finish. DEEL ME A QUEEN (20) Dundeel mare who drops sharply in weight on the limit. Arrives here deep into the prep after surging late with the 60kg when third over 2200m at Scone. Gets cover early and represents great value. POISEN POINT (8) holding her form at Highway level and winning rider hops back aboard. Keep safe. BEHTAR (17) capable on his day and assess on his narrow fourth over 1800m here two-back. Down in the weights and goes into the exotics.
SELECTIONS: Tavros will prove hard to hold out.

CAULFIELD: RACE 7 @ 3:45 PM
CASINO SEVENTEEN (2) needs another win but his past two have been good - third in the G3 Coongy with 59kg then a decent fifth in a fast run G3 JRA Cup. He can figure with luck from the inside gate and looks hard to beat following the scratching of Kingswood. POISON CHALICE (5) is ready to win. Two runs back have been good, closing off strongly behind Apulia at Flemington last start over 1600m. On his day he's certainly got the ability to win this. DETONATOR JACK (3) was much better last time through the Apulia race too. He hasn't won in a long time but should be right there again. RUMBLED AGAIN (6) was a shock winner last time and gets in well but this is harder.
SELECTIONS: Casino Seventeen to win.
DOOMBEN: RACE 4 @ 2:28 PM
CHIEF WITNESS (7) has a win and a second from four attempts over this track and trip and Harley sticks in the saddle following that last-start victory. Anticipating another strong run. NAVYONTHEHIGHWAY (10) goes well for rider Fenlon who has four wins and a placing from seven rides. Again gets the benefit of her 2kg claim and may make her presence felt. DEMON DARB (3) resumes here but has a solid first-up record and has revved up for this with two recent trials. Can run a race while fresh. SPACE TRACKER (6) next in line from the inside marble.
SELECTIONS: Leaning towards Chief Witness.
ASCOT: RACE 3 @ 4:11 PM
FAST HARRY (8) made it four in-a-row last start when rounding them up from the back, scoring by 0.2L over this course and distance as the favourite. He continues to raise the bar and this looks the logical progression for him. Likely to get back again from the draw but can finish over the top of them once more. AWESOME BOY (6) led them up over this track and trip in stronger grade just last week and was only caught late in the race. Fitter again now after coming in without a trial and the inside draw can see him up on the speed once again. Up in weight as he drops in grade today, but he'll be very hard to mow down. THEHORSEMAN (3) disappointed when in the market for the Batavia Sprint last start after some strong performances previously. He wasn't far away in this grade two back and has to be included on that effort. DUG ANOTHER HOLE (4) can sit handy to the speed first-up and put his best foot forward. SIR DREAMALOT (5) has to be included following a good win last time out.
SELECTIONS: Fast Harry can extend his winning run.
MORPHETTVILLE PARKS: RACE 7 @ 4:09 PM
PELEVECCHIO (8) has tested punters' patience but her ability is undeniable. Fifth-up now and stepping to a suitable trip, she looks perfectly placed to deliver and repay the faith. KING OF WESSEX (2) has been consistent, including a determined win here two back. Freshened with a month between runs, he just needs luck from the draw to be in the finish. AITCH D'AMICO (4) was never in the hunt last start at headquarters but is much better than that effort suggests. With the claim, he can finish strongly if the tempo is genuine. ALAINGE (6) is another who will relish a solid tempo and is one to watch if close enough turning for home.
SELECTIONS: Pelevecchio to win.
