Persistent wet weather has claimed two race meetings in Queensland.

Ongoing rain has seen the abandomnent of racing on Wednesday at Ipswich and also the meeting scheduled for Kilcoy on Thursday.

Racing is still set to go ahead at Sunshine Coast on Friday night with the daytime meeting at Cairns.
