   7  NORMANDY NUGGET  Hung in after the start and, when being corrected by driver Michelle Wight, shifted out and locked wheels with Alcatraz Girl, which had also commenced to hang in. As a result, Normandy Nugget was carried wider on the track by Alcatraz Girl when driver Lauren White attempted to steer away once the wheels had become locked. Normandy Nugget then had to be steadied and subsequently broke gait approaching the 1600m mark. - 2026-01-01 ECHUCA
