Bundaberg racecourse is the home of the Bundaberg Race Club and hosts seven race meetings each year including the Bundaberg Gold Cup in July. Bundaberg racecourse is a large rectangular course with long straights and a circumference of more than 1900 metres. The home straight is over 350 metres. Bundaberg racecourse caters for races from 800m to 2400m with starting chutes for race over 800m, 1400m and 1600m.
