Winning Trainer: Annabel Neasham & Rob Archibald
On the horse: "You looked at her and you went you're going to take some improvement today but my goodness gracious. That's a statement. She's back in business."
On her looks: "Yeah, I knew she was never going to be pick of the yard today but to do that today first up. She's probably not quite as wound up as I had her in the Sheraco 12 months ago because we needed a slot then but we've got one this year so we've just managed to go really slowly with her this preparation and we thought this would just be a perfect. She goes so well fresh but we thought we'd run her here and then probably straight to the Everest in five weeks and that was a pretty good performance."
On The Everest: "So you just were having a chat to owner John Camileri. Is that the plan? We won't see her again before the Everest?"
"I don't think so. I suppose they never make plans on the day but I don't think so. I'd like to just go straight there because she does go so well fresh, that was always the plan last year as well. So see how she comes through, we've got a bit of time up our sleeve."
"She might have a trial in between but that was a good field and they sprung her out. I didn't think we were going to reel Bjorn's horse in and that was really impressive so great effort by the team."
And great steer by Tommy as well, he gave it a big shout over the line?
"Yeah, exactly Tommy actually rode her early doors in trials as a two year old and was always quite fond of her and through circumstances never found his way onto her. But he really suits her and I'm sure he'll be looking forward to sticking with her for the Everest."
Winning Jockey: Tommy Berry
On the win: "I'm not sure if I'm smiling about today or what's to come with her."
"You saw in the yard, she has just got so much improvement when it comes to her coat. I couldn't hide my excitement after I galloped her last Saturday. She just put in one of those bits of work where you get goosebumps."
On the run: "She was the meat in the sandwich today. She was in the middle, she was taking Joliestar into the race and when I first let down I thought, well she can't beat me because they don't go any quicker than what I'm going. I just had to pick up Mumbai Muse, who I know very well and who is very tough."
"But it was like a target was put on her and she ran in towards her, she copped a smack over the head at the 100. She was just terrific."
Beaten Jockeys:
Rachel King (Belclare): "She jumped really well. Her saddle slipped a long way back and she just ran on fear for the first half."
Kerrin McEvoy (Joliestar): "I was pleased with her run still. It was a bit of a funny race. We had to just come back behind Sunshine In Paris to get some cover. And then after a furlong, they went at a solid pace and just after that devastating win the other day, she popped out to make headway all the way up the running but she didn't sort of dash like she did the other day. Just a bit of a funny run race for us where we ended up being positioned."
Regan Bayliss (Royal Merchant): "Just needed the run today. She will get better the deeper she gets into her prep."
Dylan Gibbons (Tiz Invincible): "She has run well. They just ran it at a speed they couldn't really quicken. She just had to dig deep. Tried hard."
Chad Schofield (Mumbai Muse): "Huge run. We had the perfect race. Probably the tempo was probably too quick. Just brought the winner into it that little bit more. My horse was really good. Travelled, quickened and sustained it to the line. Took a good one to beat her today."
Zac Lloyd (Makarena): "She has come back really well. It was a bit unfortunate the leader going that quick. My mare first up having to cart the field up. She was bound to probably not quicken as well as she could. She will take a lot of improvement from that."
