Trainer : Simon Miller

Simon Miller worked under trainers Charlie Goggin and Robbie Griffiths in Victoria before moving north to work as an assistant to John O'Shea in Sydney.

In 2008 Simon Miller accepted an offer to train for Aquanita in Perth and he got to work setting up a new stable in a foreign city.

In a short amount of time, Miller was able to establish himself among the top trainers in Perth with the assistance of Aquanita.

Miller's first big success came when he claimed Perth's biggest race for two-year-olds the Group Two Karrakatta Plate with Night War in 2011.

On Magic Millions day 2012, Simon became the first trainer in Perth to win the two-year-old and three-year-old feature races.
